Jean-Stephane Génuit is a retail business professional. He has managed stores in large retail groups (CASINO, FNAC-DARTY). He has developed a management style focused on collective success and the detection of new talents. His other key skill is creativity: opening new stores, launching new concepts, demonstrating emerging technologies.
With a background in marketing, Jean-Stéphane has a university degree in economics (DEUG), a Master's degree in retail marketing and is a graduate of a business school (EDC).
His interests are Water-sports for which he was an instructor during his studies: Windsurfing, Paddle, Kitesurf, WingFoil. He continues to get on the water whenever possible!
Jean-stéphane is the founder of a new Retail brand with a unique concept: the eco responsible mobility. The vision is to distribute local, French and European brands around mobility and leisure.
Electric bikes are the main products of the offer and the brands that have joined ox6gene correspond to the concept: ANGELL, VELO-DE-VILLE, BOCYCLO, MONTANA BIKES, ZEFAL. New brands will join ox6gene in 2023: MATRA, SOLEX.
Ox6gene offers a wider range of products in different fields :
- eco-responsible sportswear : KOKORO Zenwear, NOLIJU, Choos'in, ORIGINALPIRATES, WaveHawaii; skin care and beauty products: EQ Love, VIREVOLTE Perfumes;
- products in urban sports : ELWING SkateBoards, EVO SPIRIT SKATES;
- products in water sports : WHIMSIFOIL for E-Foil, R-Volt for Stand Up Paddle and RRD design for Water sports (windsurf, kitesurf, Wingfoil).
The first store opened in August 2022 in the CAP 3000 shopping center, awarded as the Best shoppping center in the World in 2022. The opening of other stores is planned on already selected sites in France.
Through our concept we want to demonstrate that it is possible to act on the environment by proposing to the public new modes of green mobility, and by encouraging a more responsible consumption and production, with French and European eco-committed brands.
